Dear JILL,
Is your fear of analyzing "the numbers"
costing you and your clients money?
Would
you like to change that?
2-DAY TRAINING
COURSE: November 19-20, 2008, Corte Madera,
CA
Teach Your Clients How To Control Their
Overhead
(And Discover a New Income Stream for
You!)
Presented by the Founders of The Consulting
U, Debbie Castagna & Virginia Moore
"Talking numbers with my
clients - and feeling
confident about it - was always difficult for me. Taking
Debbie and Virginia's course changed that
completely! I now know all the right processes to
follow, the right questions to ask, and how to analyze
the data I gather so I can really help my clients get to
the 'bottom' of their bottom line. Being able to offer this
service has been a boost to my own business
growth
and profitability as well.
If you'd like
to
feel more confident in your own ability to analyze
numbers and feel confident doing so, I would
RUN, not walk to sign up for this course."

Consulting
As a consultant, knowing how - and feeling confident
about - analyzing numbers is a win-win for both you
and your clients. Think about it... not only do you have
more to offer in terms of consulting services, but
numbers need to be reviewed and analyzed on a
regular basis,
meaning renewable revenue for you!
Consider this "number"... just one
annual
planning numbers session (6-7 hours of direct client
time) with one of your clients can easily generate
$3,000 in revenue - more than enough to pay
for this
course and a small price to pay for the confidence
you'll feel after just two information-filled days of
hands-on instruction.
Not only that, but you
will also receive your own copy of "Take Control Of
Your Overhead", a step-by-step template for
preparing
a numbers plan that makes the process practically
painless.
And what better time? With the economy
presenting
challenges for many doctors, analyzing their
numbers and putting a budget and annual plan in
place is more important than ever.
Here's what one dentist had
to say about learning
to understand his numbers:
"This
is
what I've asked three different consultants to give me!
None of them was able to train me on this. I've been in
practice for three years now and had I learned this
early on, I would not have found myself in situations
the way I had. Every dentist should know this before
getting into practice."
If numbers present a challenge for you, don't delay.
Sign up for this course today, and get $100 off the
already affordable course fee of $995. (See details
below.)
