DEBBIE CASTAGNA
To work with Debbie Castagna in a consulting capacity, or to hear her speak, is to understand why she is one of the dental industry’s most successful and highly respected members.
Debbie began her career as a registered dental assistant, followed by teaching Dental Auxiliary Utilization at the University of the Pacific. She began her consulting and speaking career in 1990. Along with business partner, Virginia Moore, she is co-owner of The Practice Source, a company that provides dental practice management consulting services and also publishes practical, results-oriented dental practice management training materials.
As a speaker, Debbie’s passion and commitment to her work is evident. She has been a featured presenter at (among others) the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Yankee Dental Congress, Thomas P Hinman, Chicago Midwinter and Greater New York Meetings, as well as many other state and local organizations and groups.

In 2006, Debbie and business partner Virginia Moore co-founded The Consulting U, an intensive ‘Masters’ training program (held over 10 months) designed to help other management consultants take their businesses to a higher level of success and profitability.
