VIRGINIA MOORE

Dentistry has always been a perfect ‘fit’ for Virginia Moore, one of the industry’s most experienced and accomplished management consultants, speakers and authors.

For more than 20 years, Virginia has helped bring greater productivity and profitability to hundreds of doctors and their teams. She is co-founder, along with business partner, Debbie Castagna, of The Practice Source, a company that provides practice management consulting as well as practical, results-oriented practice management training materials.

To hear Virginia speak is to understand her passion for dentistry. She has been a featured presenter at (among others) the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Yankee Dental Congress, Thomas P Hinman, Chicago Midwinter and Greater New York Meetings, as well as many other state and local organizations and groups.

Virginia has authored numerous articles for industry publications, including Dental Economics, Dental Tribune International, Dental Products Report, and the California Dental Association Journal. She was recognized by Dentistry Today as a “Leader in Consulting” in 2005 and 2006. She is past president of the prestigious Academy of Dental Management Consultants.

DEBBIE CASTAGNA

Debbie began her career as a registered dental assistant, followed by teaching Dental Auxiliary Utilization at the University of the Pacific. She began her consulting and speaking career in 1990. Along with business partner, Virginia Moore, she is co-owner of The Practice Source, a company that provides dental practice management consulting services and also publishes practical, results-oriented dental practice management training materials.

As a speaker, Debbie’s passion and commitment to her work is evident.
